Welcome to our family counselling centre, where we’re passionate about supporting children, teens, and adults with care that is grounded in research and tailored to each individual. 


We offer a range of services including parent and family counselling, as well as ADHD, autism, giftedness assessment and diagnostic services. 


Our space is designed to be welcoming and comfortable—especially for kids and teens—so everyone feels safe and at ease when they walk through our doors!


Our team of experienced professionals specialize in helping clients manage challenges like anxiety, depression, life transitions, phobias, low self-esteem, learning difficulties, bullying, and self-harm. Using evidence-based strategies, we help individuals better understand and cope with big emotions, intrusive thoughts, and unhelpful behaviours.


Depending on your goals, we can work with you on developing essential skills such as setting healthy boundaries, building social and assertiveness skills, fostering self-worth, and establishing supportive self-care routines. These tools can lead to more fulfilling relationships, improved mood, greater confidence, and a stronger sense of life satisfaction.
