Our grief and loss sessions help clients process the emotional pain of losing a loved one or experiencing other significant losses. We provide clients with a supportive and compassionate space to express their feelings and work through the grieving process.
Our trauma therapy sessions are designed to help clients heal from the effects of trauma, such as PTSD, childhood abuse, and sexual assault. We use evidence-based treatments, such as EMDR and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), to help clients process their trauma and develop coping skills to manage symptoms.
