Great Heights, Calm Minds offers evidence-based counselling, and evidence-based assessments for children, teens, and adults. Please note the below schedule offers a range of fees based on the hourly rate of our services and professionals. All fees will be discussed in detail during the initial visit. 

Initial Consultation Services 

Initial Consultation Free for 15-minute appointment 

Counselling Services 

Initial Counselling Session $120 - $367.50 for 80-minute appointment 

Counselling Session $80 - $245 for 50-minute appointment 

Assessment & Diagnostic Services 

Behavioural Assessment $1500 - $2500 

Psycho-educational Assessment $2800 - $3500

ADHD Assessment $1500- $2000 

Autism Assessment $3000-$4000 

Giftedness Assessment $1500 - $2000 

Mental Health Assessment $1500 - $2500

Please note that any additional time used to complete documentation, letters, or reports related to your file will be billed in 30-minute increments at the hourly rate of your service professional. Billing can be split between parents and student. 

Clients only pay after each visit and are not required to pay the total cost for an assessment upfront. 

We offer direct billing to AB Blue Cross and Green Shield Canada and produce electronic invoices after each visit that can be submitted to any other third-party insurance provider.  We also work with Telus Health, which offers 3rd party billing for a range of insurance company such as:  Beneva, Canada Life, Desjardin,  Manulife and many more. Please note that at this time, Sunlife does not allow direct billing.
