Trauma Counselling, ART therapy, and EMDR therapy
We can help you process and heal from distressing experiences in a safe, supportive space, allowing you to rebuild a sense of stability and control in your life. Our trauma therapy sessions are designed to help clients heal from the effects of trauma, such as PTSD, childhood abuse, and sexual assault.
We use evidence-based treatments, such as ART, EMDR and CBT to help clients process their trauma and develop coping skills to manage symptoms.
- Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)Â uses guided imagery and eye movements to help the brain reframe painful memories, often leading to relief in fewer sessions than traditional approaches.
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)Â helps you identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours, providing practical tools to improve mood, reduce anxiety, and build healthier coping strategies.

Q: How long until I start to feel better?
A: This is a great question to ask your clinician in the consult, but the short answer is, it depends on your unique situation. In some cases therapy is an ongoing journey that supports your healing for years, and in others it is shorter, but it is our goal to get you there as fast as possible.
